I don't believe this as you can see a video edit at 37 seconds so that when he puts the tiles "back together" on the table the lines don't line up anymore and it goes from a 9x7 originally in the tray to a 10x7 on the table.

Well done. Very clever artwork. Of course there are 7 by 9 tiles all the time.
