What is this supposed to be, security video footage? Shaky, in full resolution and color? It looks like the scene is set up to me.

Comment on YouTube video claims to explain the shakiness: "and for the footage its cctv footage which we played on the recorder and held up a phone recording it and is definitly not faked".
