A total solar eclipse occurred on Friday March 20, 2015. A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun, thereby totally or partly obscuring the image of the Sun for a viewer on Earth. Professor Brian Cox, Dara O'Briain and Liz Bonnin bring us coverage of the solar eclipse.
