I love this. Talk about not being afraid of hard work. But what happens when the water gets full of dirt and algae and bacteria?

  I get the impression this was built more to have a viral/monetary video than anything else. It’s novel but pointless, and the belly flopping looks like an attempt to give an impression it’s a swimming pool. It’s a novel coffin underwater.

  I agree. I think this was done for the clicks, and I bet my bottom dollar he has plenty of help as well. "Ok, I got two shots with the primitive shovel, come on guys, lets get the real shovels out and get this done." I mean clearly all the dirt that was dug out wasn't just tossed to the side. because no pile gets built up. Still impressive work, but I bet there's more to this behind the scenes that they're letting on.

  I’m not as heartless as jc. While I think there’s more to it, it’s still an impressive bit of work. Even if it’s impractical. Some of their other videos on YouTube are equally impressive.

My impression was that water would constantly flow through it, and it was an ancient air conditioned room, for a hot environment.
