Well, well, well. I never knew that. Americans call grilling, broiling. What do you guys do when you are grilling?

  When we’re grilling we’re outside with a gas or charcoal grill cooking up all sorts of dead cow and pig parts. When I use charcoal I’ll throw some wood chips on there to give it a nice smoky flavor too. What do you all call that? Since “grilling” is already taken?
