Maybe I missed it (didn’t watch to the end), but unless he measured atmospheric oxygen levels at the same time (not just oxygen saturation via pulse ox) it is hard to say in this experiment how much of the effects were due to hypoxia as opposed to hypercapnia. Ironic though that the higher CO2 levels rise the less intellectual capacity we have to do something about it.
