Be the eyes for a blind person in need of help remotely through a live video connection if you are sighted or be assisted by the network of sighted users if you are blind.

A fantastic app and kudos to the developers. Needless to say, the number of willing helpers far exceeds those in need so it maybe weeks before you get a call requesting help, and even then someone else might, or even is likely to answer it. Nonetheless, it sounds and seems brilliant. Thanks for the upload :).
