If he were my neighbour, I would set up a device that every time I hear him having sex through the paper thin walls it would.. oh wait, I have NEVER heard him have sex, EVER!

If you turn down the bass you cant hear a thing ususally... But some places have very thin walls those places shouldnt be filled with people anyway and you can do nothing about hearing EVERYTHING they do than this would make the situation just worst.

I predict his jaw will broken within the week. Number one reason I don't live in an apartment or duplex: sharing a wall with annoying neighbors.
