Note, that price is a very conservative estimate. Banksy's art has sold at much higher. And over time, this art will be worth MUCH MORE.

it is ridiculous !!! Banksy is an artist, and he make amazing things, it's so sad to see how it is possible to sell banksy's paintings for 60$ and how people react ...

I think this is very interesting. I think Bansky's work sells for thousands of dollars because the decision makers of the art world have decided that he is a "great artist" and tell people that his work is valuable. If some random guy off of the street created the exact same art, it would not be valuable because the artist was not Bansky. Bansky's art is valuable only because it was created by Bansky. This video proves that. People on the street don't know that this is Bansky, so they pay what they think the art is worth to them... They aren't paying for the name that the decision makers are telling them is famous.
