9/10,000 passengers will be denied boarding, just make sure it isn't a Chinese Doctor, and make sure you do it BEFORE he gets on the plane ;) UA acted like a teasing woman, promising him all sorts of things, even got to sit down woo hoo, and then cut him short haha. I would be pissed too, but I wouldn't act like a 5 year old either when they asked me to exit the plane. It would be a simple question, "How am I going to be compensated for my time?"
