Helicopter flying illusion
If someone has a good explanation for this please comment

The shutter speed on the video camera as exactly the same speed as the rotation of the helicopter blades. Therefore, every time the camera goes to the next frame, the blades are in the same position as last time. It's like if you blink your eyes fast at a slow moving fan, or just like the strobe on a DJ turntable. The dots look like they are not moving because the strobe light shining on them is blinking at the same rate as the dots are moving by.
