He doesn’t hear climate change mentioned in Florida where it would theoretically effect them the most because they live there and know that the sea levels are not rising at unprecedented and alarming rates. The beaches in Florida are exactly the same as they were 60 years ago. Duh.

Try selling that in Tuvalu. I'm glad my government is anticipating sea level rise (which will accelerate as more polar ice is melting and thus less sun light is reflected back into space) and has long term plans to heighten and strengthen our dikes.

Are you really from Tuvalu? Cause those islands are growing in size, far from sinking. https://mobile.abc.net.au/news/2010-06-03/pacific-islands-growing-not-sinking/851738?pfmredir=sm

My wife is the daughter of Dutch immigrants, but neither of us speak it and I’m not gonna have a lot of success watching that even if it’s subtitled and I can find where it’s streaming or downloadable. But I would love to watch it and hear the arguments if it indeed emboldens your case.

I'm sorry but you are just wrong. The sea levels in Florida are rising at an unprecedented rate. Ocean water levels has risen over the past for more than a hundred years but the water levels are increasingly speeding up. Not with a tsunami effect, but still. It is, an will be a huge problem. The beaches in Florida are not the same as hey were 60 years ago. Period.

Oh my gosh. The end of that video was epic. Best ending I’ve seen on a YouTube video in probably.... ever!
