Wow. How does one line up the mouth movements with the words? Is there some sort of software to help or is it just painstakingly setting the triggers for each syllable by hand while mouthing the words over and over to oneself trying to pick which of the three shapes would look best?

  I think he’s definitely got some software to help him time everything out into a script. He seems to do a lot of shows, so I’m guessing he’s got a pretty slick process ironed out.
