Holy smokes. What was the question they were answering? It seems to be “Describe the various ways in which you expect the world to be a dystopia by 2000.†Although the young man af 4:05 nailed it about the animals, and I was glad to see by the end at least a couple of them were looking forward to more harmonious relationships between peoples of different ethnic and social backgrounds.

Couldn't agree more... and evidenced by us all getting on... Nigerian Dave, Indian DETSCHS, Peruvian you, English me... and the multitudes of others who occasionally contribute to the comments section.

I used to joke back when I was a teen that I was racist cause I thought black people were awesome and I would assume you were cool if you were black.

All of thes kids grew up in abject poverty and tiny houses by today’s standards. In terms of financials and way of life the world has vastly improved beyond their wildest expectations. Did they imagine that every human being would have a complex computer that fit in their pocket and allowed them to communicate with anyone on Earth across vast distances for free?..... Don’t listen to the political hacks who tell you how bad your life is. The world is doing just fine. Life is much better off today than it was for these kids, half of whom probably died in war.
